How per-mailbox pricing works
In a per-mailbox model you pay only for the addresses you need. The base price of a plan covers one mailbox. If you need three mailboxes, you pay for three. There is no bundle that quietly includes extra addresses, and no minimum number of people.
This is fair for small businesses. A one-person consultancy pays for one address, while a growing company adds mailboxes as it hires. Each additional mailbox costs the same as the first one on the same plan.

You can mix needs by asking support. For example, a director may need a bigger mailbox than a shared info@ address.
Why your checkout total may double
The order page has a field called Additional Mailboxes. It is for mailboxes on top of the first one, which is already included in the base price. If you enter 1 because you want one mailbox, the system correctly adds a second mailbox and your total becomes twice the Starter price, Tsh 91,800.
If you want exactly one mailbox, leave Additional Mailboxes at 0. If you want three, enter 2. When a total does not look right, do not pay. Send us a screenshot of the cart and we will correct it. We explain it in get info@yourdomain and email price per mailbox.
Rule of thumb: the first mailbox is in the base price. Additional Mailboxes means extra, so a single mailbox is 0.
How many mailboxes do you really need?
- One shared address (info@) is enough for a very small business, if everyone in the team can read it.
- Role addresses such as sales@, accounts@ and support@ keep customer conversations organised and let you hand work over when someone leaves.
- Personal addresses for each person (name@) are best when staff talk to customers directly.
- You can start small and add mailboxes later. We create them and send the invoice.
A role-based address also protects you when staff change, because the mailbox stays with the company.

You need a domain you own. If you do not have one, register a .co.tz or .com domain first, or at the same time.
The mailbox names
Decide the first part of each address, for example info, sales, accounts, or the staff member's name.

Choose Starter, Business or Enterprise, and remember the Additional Mailboxes rule above.
Payment
Pay the invoice by M-Pesa, Mixx by Yas, Airtel Money or bank transfer. The plan is activated within about 10 minutes of payment confirmation, and you tell us the mailbox names to create.
Business email or free Gmail?
A free Gmail address is fine to start, but a domain address gives you control, a better first impression and a consistent brand.
