Log in to your domain registrar and update the nameservers to ns1.sakurahost.co.tz and ns2.sakurahost.co.tz. DNS changes can take up to 24–48 hours to propagate worldwide. You can track propagation using our DNS check tool.
First, visit status.sakurahost.co.tz to check for any active incidents or scheduled maintenance. If there are no reported issues, submit a support ticket and include your hosting plan name, domain, and a brief description of the problem so our team can investigate immediately.
Log in to your client area at billing.sakurahost.co.tz, navigate to My Products, and click the cPanel Login button next to your hosting plan. You can also access cPanel directly at yourdomain.com/cpanel using your cPanel credentials.
Log in to cPanel, click on Email Accounts, find the email address you want to update, and click Manage. From there you can set a new password. The change takes effect immediately.
Obtain the EPP (authorization) code from your current registrar and make sure domain privacy and transfer locks are disabled. Then use the Transfer Domain tool in your Sakurahost client area, enter your domain and EPP code, and follow the prompts.
Visit billing.sakurahost.co.tz and click Forgot Password on the login page. Enter your registered email address and you will receive a password reset link within a few minutes.
